We handle Peltier elements (thermoelectric modules), from raw material procurement to the production of crystal ingots and powders, as well as single- and multi-layer module products.
For N-type and P-type bismuth telluride (Bi₂Te₃), high-purity tellurium, bismuth, antimony, selenium, and dopants are mixed in precise ratios. Ingots are produced using either the zone-melting method or hot-pressing/rolling techniques. Please note that manufacturing may be carried out by our partner companies (primarily in China).
