Tray Loading Machine

The tray loading machine is used to load the stainless steel trays full of ampoules into the sterilization cart through the robotic arm.

After loading the trays, the sterilization cart is pushed into the sterilization cabinet by manual or AGV.

The sterilization cart is customized according to different specifications of trays. The 1-2ml ampoule sterilization cart can be designed with 10 layers, with 9 stainless steel trays on each layer, and a maximum loading of 90 trays.

Tray Unloading Machine

The tray unloading machine controls the unloading mechanical arm assembly through the servo system, accurately locates the height between the layers of the sterilization cart, pushes the trays layer by layer to the conveying platform, and conveys the trays one by one to the roller conveyor belt through the conveying platform (which can move up and down) to the next step after sterilization.
