The tray discharging machine is used to discharge the sterilized whole tray of injection out of the stainless steel tray, and the actions of tray pushing, opening, bottle pushing, and bottle discharging are completed by 3 mechanical arms.

The injections are discharged and conveyed to back-end equipment in an orderly manner, replacing manual transfer and bottle feeding, which can effectively improve the turn over rate and reduce the use of trays.

The tray charging machine is used for the automated equipment connection of tray charging of water injection ampoules and vials to stainless steel trays, realizing the cycle of trays from empty trays to full trays.
