The new type of ampoule coating printing machine is used to print ampoule and after to be packed in middle size package, like 50pcs/100pcs etc.

Different from previous ampoule printing, printed ampoules are discharged vertically, so when ampoules are transferred to tray filling machine, it can be accurately grabbed by robot arm.

There is visual inspection component at the discharge port, it can detect whether the printing is complete or not. After printed and detected, ampoules will be transferred to plastic tray filling machine, the robot arm will grab the corresponding  amount of ampoules into the middle size plastic tray for example 100 pcs.
